This is a little topic where you can discuss what NOT to do when creating forums. I'm sure we've all seen our share of badly made forums, but let's put an end to this by making others aware of what makes a bad forum!

I'll start.

Advertise the forum too fast.
If a viewer sees a forum and he or she doesn't like it he/she will leave and most probably never come back.
Like if they see the link again they will be like: "Eh, I've already seen that place, didn't like it."
